Tate & Lyle (T&L) is a global provider of distinctive, high quality ingredients and solutions to food, beverage and other industries. Most of their customers are food and beverage manufacturers; this includes sweeteners such as SPLENDA. They also have many customers in industrial, animal feed, pharmaceutical, and personal care markets.

GyanSys Approach for Implementation

T&L selected Salesforce to replace their SAP CRM, Excel & Daptiv to capture visibility across sales activities prior to Quote/Contract entries. The team from GyanSys provided a Force.com based solution to move all the data from legacy database systems into Salesforce.

The Salesforce solution was implemented in a span of 6 months across 400+ global users, with a sequential go-live across EMEA, APAC, NOAM & LATM regions.
