John Hoover

Vice President – Sales Enablement

John Hoover is the VP of Sales Enablement. He is responsible for driving practice growth based on the customer’s demand pattern and also runs GyanSys’ internal global IT team. John is based out of Indianapolis and he brings with him more than 22 years of global IT expertise and cross-industry experience. He has worked and consulted for companies such as Avnet, LAM Research, Stanley Black & Decker prior to joining GyanSys.

Dave Bigot

Managing Director

Prior to joining GyanSys, Dave Bigot was an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Account Manager at Allison for the Peterbilt and Kenworth truck manufacturers. Dave has led IT Direction at Allison and spent 17 years with Allison in the IT department with several different roles. He has always enjoyed working with professionals from international operations to supply chain, manufacturing, product development, and other functions. While at Allison Transmission, Dave was responsible for Supply Chain and Operations along with implementing and rolling out SAP globally to 7 countries.

Prakash Sharma is the Head of GyanSys India.  He manages operations and is responsible for both customer acquisition and service delivery.

Padmaja Una is the Co-Founder and Global CFO of GyanSys.  She manages all aspects of finance, accounting & treasury functions.

He joined GyanSys’ management team in 2011. Prior to joining GyanSys, he held key relationship management positions with Infosys Technologies and has combined experience in the management of technology-based projects and sales of strategic business and IT solutions leveraging Global Delivery Models.
