My first Dreamforce is an experience I’ll never forget. It was a true honor to take the stage alongside Shaun Ross from Hunter Douglas, diving deep into the vital topic of Dealer Onboarding. Dreamforce 2024 set the stage with significant momentum, unveiling the 3rd Wave of AI focused on agents – Your Force for Success. The keynote reflected on 25 years of Salesforce innovation, leading to the introduction of Agentforce, a new AI-driven era seamlessly integrated into the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 Apps. This strategic evolution highlights how AI-powered agents and humans can collaborate to drive customer success within the Salesforce ecosystem. With Agentforce, every user can now become an Agentblazer, harnessing AI to elevate their impact on the Salesforce platform. 

Highlights You Should Watch on Salesforce+ 

If you missed the exciting innovations announced at Dreamforce 2024, we highly recommend watching the Best of Dreamforce 2024 collection, starting with Episode 1 on Salesforce+. This keynote highlights groundbreaking AI advancements that are already driving success for companies like Saks, Wiley, Fossil, and OpenTable. One key feature is the Atlas Reasoning Engine, the brain behind Agentforce, designed to create, evaluate, and redefine business strategies using reinforcement learning from customer outcomes, not human feedback. 

Building on Salesforce's AI leadership, Einstein Copilot has been upgraded to Agentforce, now available across all Salesforce Clouds—Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, and Industry Clouds—with over 100 pre-built industry-specific actions and prompts. 

Another major highlight is the enhanced Data Cloud, now offering Zero Copy integration for third-party data and data lakes, allowing structured and unstructured data to be virtualized like any Salesforce object, powering workflows and applications with no additional costs. The Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technology further boosts AI capabilities by integrating data from connectors like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure to enhance agent-driven case resolutions.

  • Service Agent, Scheduling Agent, and Employee Service Agent for Service Cloud 
  • Campaigns and Personalization for Marketing Cloud 
  • Merchant, Buyer, and Personal Shopper for Commerce Cloud 
  • Deal Desk for Revenue & Order Cloud (New)
  • Tableau Agent and Tableau Pulse for Tableau Einstein 
  • Slack AI and Salesforce Channels for Slack
