A lot can be accomplished in the course of one year, equating to 8,760 hours! For the GyanSys team, 2023 was nothing less than amazing! We hosted and attended epic events, partnered with reputable clients, and developed innovative products and accelerators. Our accomplishments propel us to have bigger goals and inspire our global team to deliver innovative cross-cloud solutions and our clients to implement real change.
We have seen the fruits of our growth through acquisitions. Acquisition for us means strengthening resources, investing in our product offerings, and providing all GyanSys customers with an onshore and offshore operating model with access to cost-effective commercial models, alongside onshore advisory services. Our expertise in top industries, such as Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and High Tech, continues to mature, making us one of the top-performing implementers of SAP and Salesforce solutions, expanding our global footprint.
GyanSys is closely involved with top technical events around the world and in our own backyard. We had the opportunity to sponsor several events within the US, including Cactusforce in January, SAPInsider Vegas in March, SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference in June, and SAP Supply Chain Planning Info Days in July, just to name a few.
When it comes to expanding our global footprint, we never miss the opportunity to travel to events and connect with our international teams and customers alike. This year, we got the opportunity to attend two great Salesforce events and an exciting SAP event in India. It was fantastic to be back in person, and we had many memorable moments and takeaways!

Our Salesforce team got the opportunity to represent GyanSys in Chicago this year again. We not only live-tweeted Connections 2023 every chance we got using Salesforce’s #CNX23, but also shared so many highlights of all things Salesforce on our LinkedIn and new Instagram page. It was great to meet up with old connections and our clients over luncheons in delightful Chicago restaurants and also made new partnerships.

This year’s DF23 was one of our most awaited events for GyanSys! We not only got to sponsor the event with an eye-catching booth design and got the chance to meet Marc Benioff in person, but we also hosted a delicious and delightful cocktail party with many of our clients and partners in attendance. Our expert Salesforce team had the opportunity to present in 4 sessions again, with a special client presentation with Maui Jim.

One of the most anticipated tech events to close the year strong for GyanSys was SAP TechEd 2023. We joined SAP TechEd as a Platinum sponsor and hosted two informative Voice of Partner sessions led by our very own industry solution experts and clients, Vista and boAt. The GyanSys team together with the support of our clients had the opportunity to host several webinars this year filled with enriching collaborations and knowledge-sharing opportunities. One of the highlights of our year has been the privilege of partnering with ASUG to deliver value, insights, and innovation to our community.
Our top contender this year was our webinar with Securitas on lessons learned from ECC Carve Out and system conversion to RISE with SAP S/4HANA. The project we chose to highlight in the December ASUG feature involved a carve-out from the original ECC system, a brownfield conversion, and a migration to RISE with SAP under an aggressive TSA deadline as one project. Our team has not only achieved receiving over a total of 700 Salesforce certifications, reaching a total of over 800,000 hours of Salesforce expertise, but we also developed innovative AI products. This was not possible without our amazing clients and our ongoing partnerships over the years.
